Our Process Involves:

The above mentioned process in detail includes:

Phase I

  • On receipt of job order, we assign the portfolio to a experienced consultant
  • Based on the job requirement, potential candidates from the available rich database, industry referrals & respondents to our advertisements are short - listed

Phase II

  • Short-listed candidates are made to undergo initial screening by the recruitment consultants.
  • We conduct pre-selection interviews (Personal/ Telephonic), before sending the candidate's names to client's office

Phase III

  • Short listed candidates are called for interview
  • Here they are interviewed by our selection panel /or by representatives of our clients.
  • For skilled categories, candidates are invited for trade tests
  • Telephonic/live interviews are also arranged at different locations depending upon the specific demand of the job profile

Phase IV

  • Once candidates are selected by the client, reference check is conducted

Phase V

  • On receipt of Appointment letters, all documents required are processed immediately.
  • Individual files are maintained for all selected candidates (Including that of all statutory documents)
  • Constant co-ordination is maintained between client's office to ensure that candidates are mobilized in the shortest possible time
